A Mom of two, with five years of homeschooling under my belt, while retraining extensively for a new career that fits this second part of my life. I have earned certifications on various learning platforms, including the Interactive Design Foundation (IxDF), Skillcrush, Coursera, and Google's UX Design certificate.
My unique edge comes from a 20-year background as a professional Hair & Makeup Artist before I transitioned into design, so understanding aesthetics and user needs is second nature to me. Now, I apply that same creativity, eye for detail, and focus on individual needs to the digital world, designing beautiful and functional interfaces, personalized branding, and digital art.
To unwind, I connect with family, good friends, or nature at our local favorite slice of heaven, Indian Boundary Lake LINK—no internet, no phone. Neither sporty nor competitive, I like to go with the flow, enjoy the company of people as much as solitude, and can work well in a team or on my own, and do my best to live by the 'Let Them' theory.
